Completed Applications

Completed applications must include the following:

• One reference, confirming the highest standard reached by the applicant.
• A photo of the applicant either in representative kit or active in competition to be emailed through with full name to the Sports Development Manager (J.Heath@kingston.ac.uk).

Applications submitted without both of the above will not be processed.

Deadline for submission of applications

Applications are considered in two rounds:

• First round
  Applications received before Friday 14th October 2011 will be considered at the Sports Awards Committee to be held on Friday 21st October 2011.
  
  Successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible after that date and will be required to attend a welcoming event about the scheme at 4pm on Friday 18th November 2011. Applicants are advised to keep this date free in advance of any decision by the Awards Committee.


• Second round
  Applications received after Friday 14th October 2011 must be submitted by Monday 6th February 2012 to be considered by the Sports Awards Committee to be held on Monday 20th February 2012.
  
  Successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible after that date, with an introductory session for the programme to be confirmed.

Applications completed after Monday 6th February 2012 may still be considered during the 2011/12 academic year, at the discretion of the Chair of the Sports Awards Committee.
