Dr Ann Ooms |
|
Dr Ann Ooms is the lead author of Learn Research. She is Associate Professor and has taught research modules for undergraduate and postgraduate students for several years. Dr Ooms obtained her PhD in Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota in 2005. Her research interests include learning, teaching and assessment in higher education and educational technology. In addition, she conducts evaluations of innovative learning and teaching initiatives.

Dr Hafez Ahmed |
|
Dr Hafez Ahmed is Senior Lecturer and has taught undergraduate and postgraduate research modules since joining the Faculty in 2000. He obtained his PhD in Medicine in 1987 researching gallstone disease and cholesterol transport in the liver and secretion in bile. His current research interests include liver disease, obesity, Helicobacter pylori infection, hospital infections and Couvade syndrome. |

Robert Grant |
|
Robert Grant is Senior Lecturer and has taught statistics since joining the faculty. He obtained his Masters Degree in Medical Statistics at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 2009, after having worked for several years analysing national data on hospital performance. His current research interest includes the development of new quantitative data analysis methods. He provides statistical consulting to many research projects in the faculty. |
